Directions
1.Practice wear mouth tray. Put the tray around the teeth and bite it gently. 2. Get a cup of water. Water temperature should be about 80 degree C (176 F). Plunge the mouthpiece into the water holding it there for not more than 5 seconds. 3. Put the tray around the teeth and nip tightly both sides to your teeth with your forefinger and thumb until the mold becomes hard in 1~2 minutes. 4. Cut the mouthpiece handle. You are ready to use your custom molded tray.
