Directions
Child Recommended Dose: Only 1 tablet daily. Best taken at night before bed (after brushing, flossing etc). Suck on and let dissolved for several minutes (if not dissolved, chew and swallow remainder or spit out). IMPORTANT FOR SMALL CHILDREN: Tablets can provide a potential choking hazard when chewing.
