How to Use 1.
Clean mouth tray and dry it, then gently brush your teeth with toothpaste and rinse with water.

Move the battery”s insulating piece away, and insert batteries into teeth whitening light.
Attach mouth tray to teeth whitening light.
3.
Apply1/4 syringe of Whitening Gel into each side of mouth tray, apply just enough to coat the frontal surfaces of your teeth to be whitened but not on your gums.
4.
Place the mouth tray over your teeth.
Wipe off any gel that”s in contact with your gums.
Pres the start button to enter into a 30 minute count down, close your mouth to fix the tray.
After30 Minutes,remove the mouth tray.
5.
Rinse your teeth with warm water then take off the mouth tray from the whitening light,and clean it.
Repeat this whitening procedure for 6 consecutive days.
NOTES 1.
Rinsing thoroughly, water on the teeth”s surface should be dried entirely, applying gel to teeth evenly.
Excessive saliva will dilute the gel”s concentration.
2.
Everyone”s teeth are different, few people will feel slight sensitivity, which is a normal phenomenon You can apply whitening repair essence to ease discomfort.
If your sensitivity is severe, please reduce the use time or stop using immediately.
3.
Avoid directly applying teeth whitening gel to gum area wipe off excess.
