Remove the dental guard from the hot water.
Be careful not to burn yourself.

Place the dental guard over your upper teeth.
The nightguard needs to be molded at this point.
Bite into the nightguard gently while also pressing it with your fingers from the front of your teeth.
(Do not bite too hard.
Use your fingers to press the guard from the center outwards to achieve best results.
